About This Piece

Vintage Design

Pair of high salomonic columns in carved wood covered with stucco.
Somed with pivoting Corinthian capitals decorated with triple rows of acanthus leaves and golden gulls with a leaf, the barrels, of helicoidal in furrows, widen slightly in the lower part.
The base of these columns is embellished with a rotating decor, sep of vines and a crown of acanthe, also painted with the gold leaf.
The name "Salomonique" refers to the columns of the Temple of Solomon brought back by the Emperor Constantine to decorate the tomb of the Apostle Saint Peter in Rome.
This pair of high columns will bring a baroque dimension to your decoration.
