About This Piece

Vintage Design

Glass wall lamp from designfornication. This is our own design based on a vintage glass plate, that was produced in Czechoslovakia in 1956. This version is with a red and orange pattern. The glass plate is attached to a wall bracket, which is based on form and function rather the providing a decorative element. This minimalist approach allows for an illusion, that the glass plate hovers on the wall like a magic! This is the essence of the design. A cloth covered cable is provided or you can connect it directly to the wall with electricity.
