Vintage Design

Medium size table lamp. The body in the form of a classic vase, made of terracotta with a warm shade. The surface of the body is decoratively grooved. The lamp has very good proportions.

The relatively simple, classicistic form and the characteristic material of execution - terracotta, make the object's style refer to the traditional Roman ceramics (so-called terra sigillata) produced from the 1st century BC. Roman terra sigillata vessels were made of red clay, and their surfaces were smooth or decorated in relief. .
