Large blue and white "Grape Dish". Ming dynasty (1368-1644), Jiajing period (1522-1566). The interior is painted in rich cobalt-blue in a medaillion a Buch of grapes The rim has beribboned emblems and flower sprays The exterior has three fruiting sprays and a band of prunus branches at the rim The dish is 44 cm diagonal and 7.6 cm high The dish has a hairline, see details in the pictures.
