Jenga Chair with Cushion by Qvinto Studio Unique Piece. Handmade. Dimensions: D 40 x W 40 x H 114 cm. Materials: stainless steel and wool. The Jenga is the chair which most visibly mimics its source of inspiration. The ascending rhythm of the backrest of Jenga is created by a succession of longitudinal lines, as in The Tower and the Train by Giorgio de Chirico. In the painting the vertical emphasis of a colossal toy tower intersects with the path of a train racing across the horizon, its movement breaching the atmosphere of anguished stillness.
