About This Piece

Contemporary Design

Filodifumo is a contemporary square outdoor table with a top in lava stone and steel legs. It is made of solid and compact matter. High precision types of machinery engrave on the lava stone surface 'a wisp of smoke', the work of the Sicilian artist Sonia Giambrone, an inlay of Etna smoke, a breath of air, a trace, a furrow of shadow, a door to look through. Subsequently, wise hands fill the inlay with color. The legs in metal are a twist that reflects and simplifies the table’s lines, designed by Riccardo Scibetta. The top is made of inlaid and enamelled lava stone. It has a quicksilver color inlay and legs in oxidized steel with a matte finish. This piece is made in Italy.
