The founders, Mia and Torben Koed, decided to put their 30 years of experience into a new project. It was time for a change and a new challenge. The challenge was to build an ambitious design brand from the ground up with high-quality materials and great attention to the little details. with a drive to create new originals, the WOUD collection is founded upon the idea to look ahead instead of looking back and share the love for honest design. Therefore, we are eager to discover and develop new ideas whether it being in form, function or choice of material. The Spanish Silvia Ceñal is a talented designer. Her studies in both Spain, Holland and Italy have given her a wide and varied sense and knowledge. In 2015, with a drive to mark her name in the design world, she started her journey creating her own design studio in San Sebastian. Inspired by the versatility of materials and joy of colours, her creations reveal curiosity and an experimental approach to design and materials. She takes pride in researching and exploring distinctive techniques from the most innovative to the most tradition-bounded. When entering new projects, she designs from three pillars. Functionality. Simplicity. Versatility. These three principles are reflected in the Piezas dining table. The design elegantly combines wood and metal, created to give a sense of simplicity and a strong silhouette. with its dynamic construction, Piezas is extensible and allows you to store the extension under the tabletop.

The delivery partner will email and/or call you at least one day in advance to arrange a delivery time. A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection. Item will be left in its packaging after delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery.
In-Home Delivery: (For in-home delivery service, additional fees apply. Please get in touch)	A skilled driver or a team of two will bring your item(s) inside your home and place it in the immediate entryway. For unusually large or heavy items, we recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand, as we cannot send more than 2 drivers.
