English silver picture frame by P.J. Panton, 1985 A silver rectangular picture frame made in England, made by P.J. Panton (registered 1962-2007) Dated with the English hallmark L for the Year 1985. The silver hallmark of the English Lion and the Hallmark anchor for Birmingham. The back has a velvet fabric in green. The measurement is 18 cm high, 14 cm wide and the depth is 1 cm. The inner measurement is 13 cm x 9 x 10 cm. The weight is 206 grams. (1 Inch = 2.54 cm).
