Vintage Design

A magnificent sculptural pair of Danish modern lounge chairs in the manner of Henning (Henry) Kjærnulf. Made in solid dark stained oak with reupholstered cushions in a sand colored wool. Made in the 1960s by a Danish Cabinetmaker with a great sense for details. The general impression is good. This lovely brutalist pair will complement many interior styles. A modern, antique, Classic, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor. with a heavy focus on functionality, this design style leans toward modernism, while incorporating coziness. The solid construction of the body and the armrests gives good support together with the soft fabric. The Scandinavian design style aims to provide a way for people to live more sustainably and in harmony with one another.
