Vintage Design

A wonderful and high quality gilded chandelier or pendant light fixture from Palwa, designed by Sciolari in Germany in the 1970s. It is made of a 24-carat gold-plated brass frame decorated with individual "jewel" like crystals enclosed in individual brass circles. Large sized crystals. Great scale and exquisite detail. The lamp takes 4 x e27 (standard bulbs up to 100 watts each) 2 x e14 (small bulbs up to 40 watts each, and compatible with the US/UK/European standards). The height is adjustable for a higher or lower ceiling. Very good original condition, wear consistent with age and use. Up to 250v (Europe/UK standard).
