A lamp named Bolete from Osvětlovací sklo Valašské Meziříčí, representing a type of mashroom in Czech language, was manufactured in a glass factory Osvětlovací Sklo in a Czech town Valšské Meziříčí. The glassworks in Valašské Meziříčí belonged to a company S. Reich & Co, once the largest producer of illuminating glass in Austria-Hungary, they later became a national enterprise Osvětlovací sklo. The lamp is made of two parts, the base is made in colours of glazed ceramics, the lampshade is made of layers of white opaque glass, the mushroom-like shape gave the lamp its name. The lamp is fully functional, without visible scratches, its good condition is visible in the photographs.
