Magnificent and rare Art Deco Modernist pedestal. Design by Anton Lucas for N.V. Meubelkunst Leiden. Striking Dutch design from the 1920s. Solid walnut base with two original macassar ebony veneered tops. This wonderful Art Deco Modernist pedestal by Anton Lucas for N.V. Meubelkunst Leiden is in very good refinished condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. A real eye-catcher in your home or office.
