Vintage Design

Beautiful jigsaw style commode Transition Louis XV - Louis XVI inlaid on its three visible sides. The marquetry is made of blond Mahogany, Rosewood, of Thuyas, Maple and stained wood and nets Rosewood and Lemon for braces.
It opens with three drawers with dust boots between drawers all locking. A small upper part decorated with bronze decorations and decorated with two handles wreaths Laurel. The other two large drawers without cross member, are entirely inlaid; A diamond decorations framing flowers on the sides and in the middle of a village landscape and a couple strolling along with a girl on a horse. They are also adorned with two bronze handles wreaths Laurel.
These same diamond latticework framing flowers that are found on each side of the cabinet, decorated in the upper part of bronze decorations.
The four curved legs, inlaid with fake maple grooves are overcome high party decorations bronze as the bottom, decors shoes foliage.
His top original Aleppo marble 3 cm thick, is cut into recesses and molded groove.
Background of drawers, sides and backbone Oak.
Dating: XIXth End.
Perfect condition after restoration, stripping, satin finish and waxed patina hard back in our workshop.
