This is an antique lidded coal scuttle. An English, brass fireside fuel store, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

Strikingly vibrant colour accentuates this charming store
Displays a desirable aged patins and lightly time worn appearance
Brass beams with wonderful golden tonality to the exterior

Square lid with domed centre and a tactile, chamfered handle
Adorned to each surface with a distinctive relief twist pattern
