Airframe Bookcase by De Castelli Dimensions: W 220 x D 55 x H 180 cm Materials: Brushed Brass The Airframe bookcase celebrates the art of hammered metal, highlighting the savoir-faire and artisan virtuosity that define De Castelli. Its aerodynamic shape outlines a fine metal structure made of asymmetrical elliptical loops, supporting four discontinuous horizontal shelves. The outer shell is composed of a partial covering that has been expertly shaped to the structure. Micro architecture that makes any space more refined, adding a dramatic element to interiors. DE CASTELLI “HARD COUTURE” Faithful to its decision to reinstate the special role of metal in design and experimentation, De Castelli infuses artisan ideas and workmanship into industrial processes, leading to entirely original results.
